Will Outpost Be the Next Pinnacle Peak Patio in North Scottsdale?

Scottsdale City Council has approved a commercial development to be located at the corner of Pima Road and Dynamite Boulevard. This project is called Outpost and will feature a restaurant, gas station, general store, hardware store, and a horse barn. Many North Scottsdale residents have wanted to see the reopening of Pinnacle Peak Patio (which shut down earlier this year) and now they will get their replacement. The Outpost will be a fun place for the whole family to visit.

Although a majority of North Scottsdale residents were in favor of the new 10-acre site, there were some opposed to this new project. Many of the opposing residents claimed that the development would “conflict with their rural lifestyle.” However, the architect and developer plan “to maintain the rural character” that Pinnacle Peak Patio maintained over the years.

North Scottsdale is a great place to live. It is quiet yet not too far away from happening areas such as Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix.
