Troon Country Club Real Estate

The Troon Country Club is one of the older golf clubs in Scottsdale AZ. It was established in 1986 and is entirely member-owned. It is located in Troon Village next to Troon Fairways. The Troon Country club does not have a real estate or property requirement. Memberships are available regardless of where you live. You do not need to own property in Troon Village.

The Troon Clubhouse was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright and is a sizeable 50,000 square feet. The Troon Country Club completed a multi-million dollar remodel in 2003 to update facilities for members. The Clubhouse is entirely private for members-only including the bar, restaurant, pool and fitness facility.  The bar at the Troon Country Club features some of the very best views in all of Scottsdale. Members can enjoy cocktails or appetizers while gazing across the fairways to Pinnacle Peak beyond. It looks like a postcard view. The fitness center is compact but offers newer equipment and the use of personal trainers. The tennis facilities at the Troon Country Club include several tennis courts and a full time tennis Pro. The Troon Country Club golf course was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish to portray the Royal Troon golf course in Scotland. It has been ranked as one of the best golf courses in Arizona since its inception. Golfers enjoy the manicured greens and professional service they receive at the golf course.
