Not much time remains to purchase one of these desirable villas, both featuring 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths. However, there are plans to begin the second phase of Sterling at Silverleaf sometime this year. These will include the construction of 12 additional two-story villas ranging in size from 3,900-4,200 square feet. Prices will start at $2.2 million.
