The new Scottsdale home sales statistics have just been released. Once again it is clear that the number of sales of Scottsdale homes is way up and a clear trend has been established.
The number of single family homes in Scottsdale that sold during June 2010 was 6824. In June 2011 that number is up to 9547. That is a 40% increase year over year.
