The real estate market in Maricopa county, including Phoenix and Scottsdale, is definitely undergoing a major change. The home sales have taken off during the past quarter and the inventory of homes 
for sale in Scottsdale is way down. The Scottsdale real estate market has shifted from a buyers market to a sellers market. Gone are the days of huge discounts during negotiations. Homes in Scottsdale are selling for much closer to list price.

· Of that number there are only 16,662 single-family properties listed!
· 2.9 month supply of homes
