North Scottsdale had the most significant price increases. The zip codes of 85262 and 85266 were up a stunning 36% during 2021.
The inventory of homes for sale remains at a historic low level. As a result, the demand for homes is greater than the supply of homes. Homes are selling very quickly, often within the first few days. It is very typical for the best homes to sell at or above list price.
