The iconic Phoenix Open Waste Management Tournament starts this week. It is one of the best attended tournaments on the PGA tour. The TPC at Scottsdale is host to the “Greatest Party on Grass”. Last year over 700,000 fans attended, including over 200,000 on Saturday alone. This year’s line up include some of golf’s greatest talents and fan favorites such as Rickie Fowler, Jordan Spieth and Bubba Watson. The weather is predicted to be sunny and gorgeous all week so I won’t be surprised if we break the attendance record this year. The celebrity Pro-Am is held on Wednesday. Players include Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Diamondbacks closer Archie Bradley and Olympian Michael Phelps.
