CoreLogic is reporting that Phoenix had the largest drop in foreclosure filings of all major cities in the US on a year over year basis. 2.8% of homes in Phoenix currently has a foreclosure filing associated with it. That is a 1.1% drop from last year. It is the biggest year over year decline of all 25 major markets that CoreLogic monitors.
