New Luxury Project Started in North Scottsdale

I am happy to report that construction has started on the initial phase of a luxury project near Scottsdale Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. 750 luxury apartments are being built by Irving, Tx-based TDI Real Estate Holdings next to the Village at Grayhawk within the One Scottsdale development. The project is called the Jefferson at One Scottsdale.
The first phase of the project which is currently in progress at One Scottsdale will include 400 luxury apartments. They are scheduled to be completed in 2014. In the first phase, there will be 178 one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, 24 three-bedroom, three-bath apartments and 186 two-bedroom, two bath apartments. Residents can take advantage of its lounge, two-resort size swimming areas with spa, 10,800 square foot clubhouse, nine-foot ceilings, Wi-Fi in all common areas, 182 carport spaces and more.

The property, which will be 80 acres, will eventually include dining, specialty retails, Class A hotel and office uses as well as several luxurious residential choices.

The corporate part of the property will be secured by Dial/Henkel North American Headquarters with DMB Associates, Inc. and Macerich, a national retailer developer, handling the retail mixed-used part.

An executive with TDI said the market will be getting a superior product with unparalleled amenities. It is the perfect location near employment centers and the beautiful Grayhawk golf course.

He said the Jefferson at One Scottsdale will meet the increasing demand for luxury housing in North Scottsdale.
