Market-Based Pricing for both Golf and Social Memberships. The decision was made unanimously by Mirabel’s Board of Directors after extensive analysis into the benefits and risks. Several of the premier North Scottsdale golf clubs have already moved to Market-Based Pricing including Estancia, Desert Mountain, and DC Ranch. This pricing structure makes it much more affordable for new members to join a top-tier club.
If you are considering joining a North Scottsdale private golf club, this is a great opportunity to do so at a significantly lower price. Members can enjoy an award-winning golf course designed by Tom Fazio, as well as many luxurious amenities. For those interested in a golf club membership, prices will start at approximately $35,000, though each member will be able to set his/her own price. There are a limited number of memberships available and the lowest price will go first.
