The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North was purchased for $140 million by Strategic Hotels and Resorts, Inc. This hefty price tag also came with 13.8 undeveloped acres that the company will turn into 88 more hotel rooms. Strategic Hotels is also considering building residential homes on the land.
