Desert Highlands Increasing Membership Fee

Desert Highlands Golf Club has announced that the cost of a golf membership will increase from $95,000 to $150,000. This change will take place effective November 1st, 2023. This brings the price up to a level similar to other North Scottsdale golf clubs. All of the premier golf clubs are priced between $150,000-$400,000 for the initial membership.

Desert Highlands is unique in that it is the only club in North Scottsdale that ties the membership to the real estate. So every homebuyer in the club, also purchases a membership, at the time of the real estate purchase. As a result, there is no waiting list. The only way to get into the club is to buy a home. As waiting lists for memberships at other clubs have surged, Desert Highlands has become even more popular and desirable. Many homebuyers prefer the certainty to being guaranteed admission to the club when they buy a home, rather than going onto a waitlist with no definite date for admission to the club.

• Desert Highlands – $150,000
• Troon – $150,000
• Desert Mountain  – $165,000
• Mirabel – $200,000
• Estancia – $225,000
• DC Ranch – $285,000
• Silverleaf – $400,000
