DC Ranch Country Club Expanding

The Country Club at DC Ranch has just announced an $8.5 Million expansion of their facilities. This will be a great benefit for current and future members. The expansion will include a new fitness center, group exercise rooms, golf fitness facility, a new resort-style pool, a casual indoor dining room, a poolside bar, a new tween room, an expanded kid’s playroom, an expanded ladies’ lounge, a larger Clubhouse kitchen, and an enhanced golf practice area.

The new fitness center will be 12,000 sq ft and include fitness machines, group exercise rooms, locker rooms, and 2 Kids Clubs. A new indoor casual dining room will allow members to enjoy informal meals while relaxing next to the Club’s remodeled resort-style pool with beach entry and poolside bar. Golfers at the club will appreciate an enhanced short game area and an expanded practice area.  A new private dining room and an expanded Ladies’ locker room will also be added to the main Clubhouse. If you own a home in DC Ranch you will definitely want to check out the club after the renovation is complete.

Other Scottsdale golf clubs have recently undergone similar expansions. Troon Country Club and Desert Mountain have expanded their fitness facilities.  Estancia, Troon Country Club, and Desert Highlands recently expanded their outdoor casual dining options. It is definitely the trend in Scottsdale clubs right now.
