DC Ranch is unique in that it has multiple levels of membership. In addition to Golf memberships, it also offers a Sport Social membership and a Clubhouse membership. DC Ranch has recently added another 25 Clubhouse memberships. The Clubhouse membership is a popular option and is similar to social memberships at other clubs. Clubhouse members can enjoy the pools, tennis, dining, fitness and social events.
DC Ranch is currently accepting applications for Clubhouse and Golf. The Sport Social membership category is full with a multi-year waitlist. There is a total of 400 Golf members and it is a market based pricing system. The price fluctuates on a monthly basis and is currently $260,000. The benefit of a market based pricing system for the golf memberships is that eliminates multi-year waiting lists. Applicants who are willing to pay the price set by exiting members can acquire a membership in as little as a month. This is a huge difference from other clubs in North Scottsdale with a 1-5 year waitlist for golf memberships. DC Ranch is also one of the rare clubs in Scottsdale that is equity based. Current exiting members get $65,000 back when they sell their membership.
