In 2013, the Country Club at DC Ranch announced its extensive renovation plans for the Hacienda Clubhouse and other facilities on the property. Membership approved proposed changes to the golf course, tennis complex, and clubhouse dining. With many of these planned upgrades completed, DC Ranch now aims to continue its nearly $4 million renovation project, further improving the amenities and club experience for its members.
The next phase in the project includes the addition of around 1,900 square feet to the 37,000-square-foot clubhouse. Part of the addition will be made into a new bar lounge where members can kick back and socialize after an invigorating round of golf.
Other changes include a new surface color on the tennis courts, as well as a tennis pro shop and snack bar to be incorporated this fall. With over 200 participants, the club’s renowned tennis program will surely benefit from these exciting upgrades to the facility.
The golf course at DC Ranch, originally designed by golf pro Tom Lehman and course architect John Fought, was fully redesigned in 2002. Renovations on 31 bunkers were completed just this month as a part of the recently approved plans for the club.
