Scottsdale home prices have fallen so drastically and mortgage rates are so low that the monthly cost of owning a home in Scottsdale is now more affordable than ever. Did you think you would never be able to buy in this prestigious city? Think again! It is actually cheaper to buy a home than it is to rent a home in Scottsdale. It is more affordable foreclosures in scottsdalenow than it has been at any time in the past 15 years. In addition to being cheaper, home buyers also have the great advantage of being able to write off interest payments on their taxes and capture appreciation in the future. Everyone knows the prices of Scottsdale homes will not stay down for long.

As an example, there are many beautiful homes in Scottsdale under $400,000. This will cost close to $2oo0 per month for homeownership including taxes, insurance, homeowner association dues and maintenance. Similar homes rent for $3000 per month.
