Black Friday shopping is a holiday tradition for me. I enjoy the thrill of the deal and beating the competition to scoop up certain items. I research the deals online and in the newspaper ads, then systematically hit the stores with military 
precision. I generally save about $300 each Black Friday.
While I was waiting in line this morning, I began to think about all of the amazing deals there are currently for homes in Scottsdale. The prices of homes in Scottsdale AZ have been slashed in the past several years. The market started to turn around late last year but you can still buy a home for 40-50% off of previous prices.
Many golf communities in Scottsdale have over-corrected and the prices are lower than replacement cost. That sounds like a Black Friday deal to me and you don’t even need to wait outside in the cold or stand in line for hours. Plus rather than saving $300 wouldn’t it be great to save hundreds of thousands of dollars on one of the biggest financial purchases you will ever make? That is what I call a deal!!
